How to Order Your Custom Playing Cards
The ordering process begins when you contact us either by e-mail, phone or fax. We much
prefer that your inquiries begin and continue through E-mails. This allows us to serve
you much more effectively and it creates a "trail" of communication from the
very beginning of your order.
**************************************************************
Unlike other playing card companies, we do not provide you the ability to order simply by
uploading your artwork to an auto-generating template. We feel that this is impersonal
and removes a very critical element of your final product -
QUALITY ASSURANCE !!!!
**************************************************
Our company has been built and operates upon a foundation of service and client satisfaction.
In addition, we only offer the finest quality products and NEVER charge
unnecessary or non-existent fees.
********************************************************
When providing artwork it is best to send us your original art files.
COREL, PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR and vector PDF files work best for us.
****************************************************************************
Our staff reviews every inquiry and art file with the care and concern that we instill - that every order is to be considered the most important one that this company has - regardless of size, quantity or profits.
**********************************************************
Here are the basic steps we ask you to follow to facilitate the ordering process:
1) Send us an e-mail describing in as much detail as possible, your design, quantities needed, the REAL date (do not hedge) you need your playing cards and what you need from us to assist you with your process. We will take this information and then walk you through the rest of the way.
2) Based upon your needs, we may send you templates to use for your layouts or we may ask you to send your art files to us and we will lay it out for you. We will provide you with the most economical quote based upon your communicated needs.
3) Once your artwork is completed we provide you e-proofs until you approve your artwork. Once approved, we will ask you for your financial commitment to your playing card order. You may pay for your custom playing card order either by check or credit card. We much prefer to be paid by check, however, when paying by check we will ask for your credit card information as "good faith," but we will NOT charge it. On all orders to be delivered in 3-weeks or less full payment must be made prior to your order being shipped. On all 6-week orders we ask for a 50% down payment to initiate your order and the balance paid just prior to delivery. All repeat clients may establish a relationship with us whereby we provide net 30-day terms or other mutually agreed upon payment plans.
4) It is our policy to assure you that you receive a playing card product that is based upon the proof you approve. Due to the fact that we see hundreds of files every week we cannot be depended upon to proof your artwork. This is entirely your responsibility, so we urge you to always proof your artwork thoroughly. We cannot stress this enough to you. We want you to be totally happy and you must take full responsibility for this aspect of your order. Any playing cards that may be defectively printed will be replaced at no additional charge to you. Any changes made after your initial proof is approved are subject to a film plate charge of $75.00 on all orders of 500 decks or less, and $300.00 on orders of 500+.
5) If you shop other companies for the purchase of custom playing cards you will find that most, if not all others, charge significant setup fees and for extra colors - we do not. They also charge rush fees - we do not. We treat all orders as a "rush" order. The only additional charge you may incur over and above your quoted prices from us is the additional cost of shipping when facing a tight deadline.
6) If there is anything you do not understand in any way please do not hesitate to communicate your questions to us. And, please try to communicate via e-mail whenever possible. |
